General description

Principle

该操作方案要求缓慢混合含有磷酸钠的HEPES缓冲盐及含有DNA的CaCl₂溶液。之后会形成DNA-磷酸钙共沉淀，这些沉淀附着在细胞表面并被细胞吸收（大多数通过内吞作用吸收）。
