Peptone/蛋白胨 10.0Glycerol/甘油 10.0Beef Extract/牛肉浸粉 10.0Sodium Chloride/氯化钠 3.0Agar/琼脂  17.0pH值7.0 ± 0.1  25℃

用法:

Suspend 50g of the medium in one liter of distilled Water. Mix well and  heat  with frequent agitation until the medium is  dissolved.Sterillize in an  autoclave  at 121 ℃ for   15   min.

称取本品50g,加热溶解于 1000ml 纯化水中,分装,121℃高压灭菌15分钟,备用。
