Peptone/蛋白胨 15.0Peptic Digest of Soybean/大豆蛋白胨 5.0Sodium Chloride/氯化钠 5.0Agar/琼脂  15.0pH值7.3± 0.1  25℃

用法:

Suspend 40.0g of the medium in one liter of distilled Water. Mix well and  heat  with frequent agitation until the medium is dissolved.Sterillize in an autoclave at 121℃ for 15 min.
称取本品 40.0g,加热溶解于 1000ml 蒸馏水或纯化水中,分装,121℃高压灭菌15分钟,备用。
