Yeast Extract/酵母浸粉 15.0Polypeptone/多聚蛋白胨 5.0Dextrose/葡萄糖 5.0Monobasic Potassium Phosphate/磷酸二氢钾 15.0Polysorbate 80/吐温 80 25℃Agar/琼脂pH值6.7 ± 0.2

用法:

Suspend 47.1g of the medium in one liter of distilled Water. Mix well and  heat  with frequent agitation until the medium is dissolved.Sterillize in an autoclave at 121℃ for 15 min.
称取本品 47.1g,加热溶解于 1000ml 蒸馏水或纯化水中,分装,121℃高压灭菌15分钟,备用。
