Immunocytochemistry/ Immunofluorescence - Anti-Loricrin antibody [EPR7149(2)] - C-terminal (ab198994)

Immunocytochemistry/ Immunofluorescence analysis of A431 cell line labeling Loricrin with ab198994 at a 1/250 dilution. Cells were fixed with 4% paraformaldehyde and permeabilized using 0.1% Triton X-100. Goat anti-rabbit IgG H&L (HRP) ab97051 used as the secondary at a 1/500 dilution. Counterstained using ab7291 anti-Tubulin (mouse mAb) at a 1/1000 dilution and ab150120 AlexaFluor®594 Goat anti-Mouse secondary at a 1/500 dilution.
