Data Examples
Immunocytochemistry | CD72 in Mouse Splenocytes. CD72 was detected in immersion fixed mouse splenocytes using Goat Anti-Mouse CD72 Antigen Affinity-purified Polyclonal Antibody (Catalog # AF1279) at 15 µg/mL for 3 hours at room temperature. Cells were stained using the NorthernLights™ 557-conjugated Anti-Goat IgG Secondary Antibody (red; Catalog # ) and counterstained with DAPI (blue). Specific staining was localized to cytoplasm and cell surfaces. View our protocol for . |

Background: CD72
CD72, also named B-cell differentiation antigen Lyb-2, is a Type II transmembrane protein with a C-type lectin domain. It associates with CD5 and is a functional receptor for Semaphorin 4D in the immune system.
