TLS系列超宽带可调谐激光器是基于加拿大Photon etc公司的可调谐滤波器技术及超连续谱光源技术研发而成的。调谐范围从可见光到近红外,激光线宽最小可达0.3nm。在整个调谐范围内可实现极高的准确性(precise up to 0.05 nm)及准确度(accurate up to 0.1 nm)。
Photon etc 的光学线性可调滤波器(LLTF)是一种基于体积全息光栅的非色散可调带通滤波器。它提供了行业中最高的信号吞吐量,而且结合了非常高的光密度(> OD6)和出色的带外YZ以及广泛的波段可调性。针对这点,Photon将Fianium、NKT Photonics和LEUKOS的超连续介质技术的灵活性与其本身的滤波器无可比拟的带外YZ特性相结合,推出了由超连续谱白光光源与LLTF搭建的TLS系列超宽带可调谐激光器,允许应用于简单而精确的样品激励或仪器校准。图示为Photon的TLS输出光谱图。
